We know that selecting the perfect gown, whether it is a wedding or some other formal occasion, is challenging. It can be extremely difficult to purchase a dress online and know that it’s right for your event, and that it will also suit your body and budget.
We want our customers to have a positive shopping experience for this all-important decision. We will guide you through the process of choosing the dress that will suit you and your occasion, and how to purchase it from us or our retail partners.
Inquiries
· First fill in the form below, with your contact info and any relevant specifics about the dress you are interested in (style, size, color). Once we receive your request for assistance we will respond by email (within 24 hours). It is helpful for you to include any additional information, such as your body type and details about the occasion.
· In the confirmation email we may suggest a phone or skype chat to discuss details about the dress and your needs. Your consultant will explain the fit and features of the dress so you can assess its suitability.
· We have dresses in our house stock for purchase and we also sell through fine specialty retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. We will help you in each case, either by connecting you with a retailer or setting up an order for direct purchase from house stock.
